Nestled on the rolling plains of south-eastern Sicily, the ancient Mundus Terrae barn
it is suspended at the crossroads between history and nature.
In the heart of the Val di Noto, a short distance from famous tourist destinations such as Syracuse, Noto, Fontane Bianche, it is an oasis where you can find that authentic peace and quiet that offers the serenity and solitude that is always present today.

Of great interest is the necropolis of Cozzo Guardiole, the most important site in the area dating back to the early Christian era.

the pool area, exclusively reserved for you, will welcome you
to overnight guests

The solarium has been designed for maximum relaxation thanks to canopy beds and sun loungers with
ultra comfortable mattresses.
The Lounge Bar by the pool will give you total relaxation,
to be accompanied with an aperitif sipped in the warm evening light punctuated by the sounds of nature or

Birdwatching
About 10–15 minutes from Syracuse and Noto, the Vendicari Wildlife Oasis extends over 1,500 hectares of brackish ponds, sandy beaches,
dunes and salt marshes, and is a privileged site for observing migratory birds.
Approximately 180–250 bird species have been recorded in the reserve, including pink flamingos, grey herons, storks, cormorants, black-winged stilts, gulls, and ducks.
