1. Nature of hospitality

Hospitality is provided on an occasional, non-commercial basis. A stay at the property does not include any hotel services (such as 24-hour reception, meals, etc.) or any other ancillary services typical of professional activities.

The owner of the property assumes no responsibility for:
• Any damage, theft or loss of guests' personal property during the stay;
